Russia 2020 SP1011 Cars of the first persons of the state Special purpose garage
A special purpose garage (GON) was created by the decision of the Council of People's Commissars dated January 5, 1921. At various times, the garage's car fleet consisted of both foreign and domestic cars.
Currently, GON is a structural subdivision of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. The GON employees ensure the safe movement of the President of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, the heads of both chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, as well as the leaders of all foreign states visiting Russia.
The following cars of the first persons of the state are depicted on the stamps:

- ZIL-114 - personal car of L.I. Brezhnev in the period 1967-1978;
- ZIS-115 - personal car of I.V. Stalin in the period 1950-1953;
